May is Mental Health Month, and this month's theme explores how our surroundings can impact our mental well-being. Our environment can play an important role in our mood and mindset, but have you ever considered how it affects our mental health? From the places we live to the people we surround ourselves with, our environment can have a significant impact on our mental health, either positively or negatively. Use this Research List to dive into topics including the unique challenges that adolescents face when it comes to mental health, the factors that contribute to poor mental health, and the different types of therapies that can help combat mental health issues.
